    • Obituary:
      Elizabeth L. "Libby" Cox Bennett, 90, formerly of 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida Towers 1, Oneida, died Monday at Oneida Healthcare Center Extended Carefacility. Born in Fabius, she lived most of her life life in Canastota before moving to Oneida Towers 20 years ago. She attended Perryvilleschools. She retired in 1982 after 30 years in the housekeeping department at Oneida City Hospital. She was a former member of Kirkville WesleyanChurch. Her husband of 22 years, Martin, died in 1954; a daughter, Alice Boswell, died in 1999.

      Survivors: A son, Charles of Canastota; two sisters, Helen Friend of Lakport and June of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; eight grandchildren, 17great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild. Services and calling hours: None. J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Canastota, has arrangements.Contributions: Oneida Towers 1 Tenant Association, in care of Sandy Youngs, Apt 501, 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida 13421.
